I am Maurice Crocker, the owner of SHOWTIME PERSONAL TRAINING AND FITNESS.
I hope this website provides you with the information you need to answer any question you may have concerning exercise, health and fitness and Personal Training. I was born May 20,1971, the only son of Archie and Debbie Crocker of Kings Mountain North Carolina. I graduated from Kings Mountain High School in 1989 and furthered my education at North Carolina Central University in Durham NC. I earned a Degree in English-Literature and minored in Journalism.
Pursuing my goals to become a Journalist, I accepted several jobs in the field of journalism, such as a job with a New York Times Subsidiary in Thibodaux Louisiana; and working several years at the Winston-Salem Chronicle. In 1998, Maurice accepted a position with American Express Card Services in Greensboro NC. There he worked as an Instructional Designer in the Operations Training Division. While employed at American Express, he was named one of the Black Achievers in Business and Industry in 2000-2000.
Being an athlete, I decided to enroll in a Personal Trainer Certification Course at the University of North Carolina Greensboro in conjunction with the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). After receiving the AFAA certification I started the Company "Showtime Personal Training and Fitness". My company has been in Operation for over 4 ½ years and is successfully helping individuals set and reach personal fitness goals; creating a longer and healthy lifestyle.
