Weight management includes a lifelong commitment change away from normal practices to a permanent healthful lifestyle. As a Personal Trainer it is my goal to persuade the client to make their change permanent. Once a fitness professional enters into an agreement with an client the primary goal should be weight management; not necessarily weight loss. All weight management programs should include a customized physical training program as well as a customized diet with the proper nutritional information.
Our training program offers gradual change, nonrestrictive eating and enjoyable physical training to help clients reach their short-term as well as long-term goals.

Permanent goal setting should be the first issue addressed between the Personal Trainer and the client. Un-maintainable goals should be avoided. As a client you may be asked to set a short-term goal before setting a long-term goal. With focus on education, healthy eating and increased activity all goals are obtainable.
